These are great tongs! They replaced these REALLY lame full metal tongs I had that did not work very well at all. The Pampered Chef Chef’s Tongs are sturdy - I can pick up and flip over anything - plus, since they are 12″ long, I can keep my hands away from oil that may be “spitting” at me.
